Ajustar "Top Guild"

Estou tentando ajustar essa parte do "Top Guild" mas está bem difícil, sou leigo em php, mas já tentei algumas coisas no php e não consegui. Caso alguém queira ajudar, obrigado :).

Por esse motivo que estou com dificuldade.
