Como mudar ip do launcher

boa tarde a todos!!!
tenho uma dúvida aqui, preciso da ajudar de vcs para mudar o ip do meu launcher estao ai as imagens da versao do launcher[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Abra ele em um editor HEX e edite ip e porta se for o caso.
