Bom como vi essa postagem em duvidas, achei melhor postar aqui em tutoriais, vamos por mãos a óbra!
Imagen com eles adicionados, no painel de adminCP, em BB codes.

Vamos utilizar o NOTA como exemplo, pois os demais sao a mesma coisa.
Entre em seu adminCP, e vá em BBcodes personalizados , adicionar novo BBcode. Como segue a imagen abaixo.

vamos a explicação dos campos...
* Titulo = > é o titulo rs, não tem muito o que detalhar.
* Nome da Tag BBcode => é a tag que ficará entre o texto quando selecionar a TAG.
* Replacement => é o codigo para a mostagem da Box com as bordas e as imagens!
* exemplo => [ note ] texto [/ note ] é um exemplo de como ficaria a tag montada.
* Descricao => um texto para voce colocar alguma coisa, ou seja campo inutil sem utilidade.
* Usar {option} => pode deixar Não marcado
* Imagen do Botao => Devera colocar o caminho da imagen do BBCode
as demais opções podem definir como segue a imagen abaixo.
