Aumento do drop de Itens da Quest lv 150

Olá, o titulo já direciona totalmente o assunto, pesquisei, até achei algo sobre esse assunto porém fiz conforme dizia e nos testes não funcionou, resumindo: quero saber qual dos dígitos ou linha que aumento o drop dos itens de quest do lv 150, Scroll of Emperor e etc.

Arquivo Quest(kor).txt, quero que drop mais rápido os items de quest.
