bom dia galera, é o seguinte, já é a segunda vez que aconteceu isso no meu servidor, o servidor fica on, porem o site que está hospedado não abre da o seguinte erro

isso acontece quando abro o meusite.net/site e meusite.net/shop1 e /shop2
quando abro paginas que não tem nada haver com o cloud abre normalmente,
acho que tem haver com a conexão sql ? porque o site e o shop conectam via sql remoto
se alguem souber resolver ai agradeço
