Forum VBulletin local host

gostaria de saber o que é ese erro, sempre que eu acesso o localhost:8090/install/install.php pra instalar o forum aparece essa mensagem

Abra seu ftp aonde está hospedado o seu fórum e vá a pasta " includes " e procure pelo " init.php " e delete-o e depois prossiga com a instalação localhost:8090/install/install.php.

Agora você precisa ir novamente na pasta " includes " e procurar por " config.new.php " e renomear para " config.php " que seu fórum será liberado normalmente.

ja ocnfigurei ela, ja troquei o nome da config.php, ja configurei db, ja fiz tudo e continua esse erro

O problema ainda continua em sua config.php amigo, procure ver aonde você não fez direito pois ainda continua o erro( Configuração: includes / config.php não existe. Por favor, preencha os dados no config.php.new e renomeie para config.php ) ou seja a pasta include precisa dessa config.php certa para que a conexão com o banco de dados seja concluída.

Em sua config.php acima está quase certa...irei colocar abaixo um exemplo da que uso em outros fóruns não sendo da Imperyus Games.

da uma olhada nas extensões do php, o erro ali mostra que está faltando ativar alguma extensão...
