Complete sync with L2J updates. 100000000 problems, errors, wrong functions, sync issues fixed. This takes longer than the rest of the things that had been done after the initial commit. I dont remember any of this fixes, and i dont have them wrote down
* Adding all mounts on GM Ride Menu. Some changes on structure for this
* New system for protection of the artefact. When leader cast seal of the ruler, it will aggro guards that will try to stop him, around guards and also when they spawn
* Adding system to split core in Epilogue/Freya support with a config. Change all packet structure and core features depending on what is chosen.
* Support for magical and physical roots. Now skills that remove only physical skills work. Update all skills also. And the skill of tyrant also remove slow debuff, so added new system for removing effects.
* A little rework on Cabale Buffer and added a condition to avoid debuffing if the npc cant see the target. This is for when players are inside clan halls and something like that and get debuffed anyways.
* Fix and some changes on Benom

- Everything is done dinamicaly, if you follow the steps it cant fail
- Added special protections to Pailakas. If the player cancel the quest when the instance is running, the instance will be blocked and everyone will be kicked out. If the instance finishes and the player still have the quest, it will be canceled automatically. This will protect against any kind of stuck
- Fixed Powder Keg, they now explode once with a suicide skill, hitting everything in his surroundings
